Prominent Tulips is situated in the beautiful Breedekloof Valley near the town of Rawsonville in the Western Cape, South Africa.
We are very pleased to be able to create employment for our local community, especially for such a large portion of women.
We do not make use of any plastic tunnels, as we know that the flowers produced in a glass greenhouse are of superior quality.
Our greenhouse is a high quality refurbished, second hand building that was recycled and imported from Holland at a lower price than that of a new greenhouse.
The seeds (or bulbs!) for our business were planted several years ago, when we started to hydroponically grow a totally different product for the local market.
